At Dherbalbody, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered efficiently and securely.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (DHL)
    Delivery Fee: $24
    Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (maximum)
  • Express Shipping (DHL Express)
    Estimated Delivery Time: Next day or 2–3 business days (maximum). Express shipping is available upon request only — customers must contact Customer Service before or immediately after placing their order to confirm availability and charges. Additional fees apply based on destination and urgency.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control. Dherbalbody is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Dherbalbody, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of herbal products, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the issue is solely due to an error on our part, such as:

  • Incorrect product sent
  • Damaged product before delivery
  • Order processing error directly attributable to Dherbalbody

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear evidence (photos/videos).

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier services or customs
  • Misuse or misunderstanding of product usage

Reshipping Policy

In situations where a refund is not applicable, Dherbalbody may offer to resend the package to the customer. Reshipping options will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases.
